Evaluating

Evaluating practices help instructional designers judge the contribution their work is offering. Are they encouraging positive change? Is their work effective? What opportunities exist for improvement? Evaluating includes both public activities such as a formal evaluation procedure and personal activities like reflection based on one's own judgment.
