Design Relationships

Instructional design often takes place in team contexts. Designers can draw upon a rigorous knowledge base to develop or maintain the relationships important for these teams. This both improves their effectiveness in their current project settings, as well as encourages long-term associations that can provide them new opportunities in the future.
